Under general supervision, performs a variety of responsible and complex technical and administrative duties relating to Human Resource functions and programs. These include the areas of employment recruitment, staffing, Affirmative Action, workers compensation, benefits administration, classification and compensation and employee relations. Additionally provides information and assistance to Agency employees and the general public regarding human resources activities, processes, policies, and procedures; prepares various correspondence and reports; coordinates activities related to area of assignment; and performs a variety of tasks requiring specialized knowledge related to area of assignment. Provides overall administrative and technical support to the Human Resources and Training departments.
