JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs substance abuse and mental health counseling work on an individual client basis and in a group setting. Also provides evaluation, screening and assessment services. Responsible for servicing primary caseload along with other clients as assigned, and documenting in accordance with company standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in counseling or related field.
- CAP preferred
- Minimum of two years of individual, group and family counseling in the mental health and/or substance abuse field.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS:
- Valid Florida driver's license.

Current CPR and First Aid Certification if client contact is part of job.

Must pass background and fingerprinting checks.

HIV/AIDS training required every two years.
