Operation PAR in Lee County is dedicated to helping individuals, adolescents, and families receive treatment for opioid addiction. Our programs offer effective treatment strategies, including FDA approved medication-assisted treatment (MAT) that includes methadone, buprenorphine, and extended-release naltrexone (Vivitrol) teamed with counseling services. Our professional staff are part of your neighborhood and are here to help you get the treatment you need.

Hours of operation for our Lee County Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS) vary by location. Our North Ft. Myers location hours are 5:30 am - 11:00 am Monday through Friday, and 6:30 am - 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday.
Our South Ft. Myers location hours are 5:30 am – 10:00 am Monday through Friday, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
No appointment is necessary for a screening. During the process, one of our staff members will evaluate your situation to determine if our program best suits your needs. If you meet the eligibility requirements, our staff will schedule a doctor’s appointment within 24-72 hours of your visit for a physical exam.

Operation PAR in Lee County is located in North Fort Myers. You can find our treatment center on Pine Island Road, just off of N. Cleveland Ave (US-41). We are located next to the Walmart Supercenter, which means there is plenty of parking for all of our visitors. You can also access the parking lot through West Mariana Ave off of N. Cleveland Ave.
There are multiple bus stops near Operation PAR, which means our treatment center is easy to reach through public transportation. The closest LeeTran stop is North Cleveland Avenue at Brown Road, on Routes 140, 590, and 595. Those routes also stop at other points near the shopping plaza, making Operation PAR easy to reach.
Additionally, there are two satellite locations that serve Lee County that provide MAPS services to local residents.
Ft. Myers South
You may find that our Ft. Myers satellite location is closer to you, making your treatment more convenient.

You can find us just off of Tamiami Trail, where Pharmacy Rd meets Hidden Gateway Blvd. You can park directly at our satellite location, or take LeeTran routes 140 and 240, getting off at S Tamiami Trail at Pharmacy Rd or Alico Rd northbound.

This location is also located on Tamiami Trail near Port Charlotte Town Center mall. Coming northbound from the mall, you will find us on the right-hand side of the road next to Southern Technical College of Port Charlotte. Driving southbound, we are on the left-hand side just past the Oasis PC City Church.
Lee County Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS)
The Lee County MAPS program provides all FDA approved medications for opiate addiction including methadone, buprenorphine, and long-acting naltrexone (Vivitrol), Methadone maintenance, counseling and medical services. HIV risk assessment to opiate-addicted clients are also provided.

In-depth Assessment of their Life Systems (Biopsychosocial Assessment)
Individualized Treatment Plan
Regular Counseling by Trained Staff
Specialized Treatment for Pregnant Women
All of our treatment centers, including our treatment center in Ft. Myers, are CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited. CARF is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services which evaluates treatment and rehabilitation centers to make sure they offer safe and high-quality care.
Operation PAR offers MAPS treatment in seven counties on the West Coast of Florida, beginning in Hernando County to the north and working south to Lee County.
