Operation PAR is dedicated to helping individuals and their families overcome opioid addiction in Manatee County. Our programs offer effective treatment strategies, including FDA approved medication-assisted treatment (MAT) that includes methadone, buprenorphine, and extended-release naltrexone (Vivitrol) teamed with counseling services. Hours of operation for Manatee County Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS) are 5:30 am - 11:00 am Monday through Friday, and 6:30 am - 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. Our hours might differ for holidays, so please call ahead to make sure we are open if you are unsure.
No appointment is necessary for a screening. During the process, one of our staff members will evaluate your situation to determine if our program best suits your needs. If you meet the eligibility requirements, our staff will schedule a doctor’s appointment within 24-72 hours of your visit for a physical exam.

Our Manatee County center is located in Bradenton, just off of US-41, Tamiami Trail. Approaching from the South, we are just past Gettel Toyota of Bradenton on the right-hand side. Coming from the North, we are just after Bayshore Gardens Parkway. Parking is free and readily available, though the spaces can fill up on busy days.
There is also an MCAT bus station located directly in front of our location. You can take Route 99: US-41 and get off at the 14th Street West at 63rd Ave West Northbound stop. Manatee County Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS)
Our Manatee County MAPS program provides all FDA approved medications for opiate addiction including methadone, buprenorphine, and long-acting naltrexone (Vivitrol), Methadone maintenance, counseling and medical services. HIV risk assessment to opiate-addicted clients are also provided.
All patients who qualify for treatment receive the following:

In-depth Assessment of their Life Systems (Biopsychosocial Assessment)
Individualized Treatment Plan
Regular Counseling by Trained Staff
Specialized Treatment for Pregnant Women
All of our treatment centers, including our Bradenton treatment center, are CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited. CARF is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services which evaluates treatment and rehabilitation centers to make sure they offer safe and high-quality care.
Operation PAR offers MAPS treatment in seven counties on the West Coast of Florida, beginning in Hernando County to the north and working south to Lee County.
