Hours of operation at our Pasco County Medication Assisted Patient Services are 5:30 am - 11:00 am Monday through Friday, and 6:30 am - 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday.
No appointment is necessary for a screening, where one of our staff members will evaluate your situation to determine if our program best suits your needs. If you meet the eligibility requirements, our staff will schedule a doctor’s appointment within 24-72 hours of your visit for a physical exam.

Our Port Richey treatment center is located on Washington Street, near US-19 and Pine Hill Road, north of Massachusetts Ave. On-site parking is readily available and there are bus stops nearby. Knowing the bus schedule ahead of time can help you arrive before our center closes and make sure you make your appointments on time.

Pasco County Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS)
Our Pasco County MAPS program provides all FDA approved medications for opiate addiction including methadone, buprenorphine, and long-acting naltrexone (Vivitrol), Methadone maintenance, counseling, and medical services. HIV risk assessment to opiate-addicted clients are also provided.
All patients who qualify for treatment receive the following:
Physical Examination and Laboratory Workup
In-depth Assessment of their Life Systems (Biopsychosocial Assessment)
Individualized Treatment Plan
Regular Counseling by Trained Staff
Specialized Treatment for Pregnant Women
All of our treatment centers, including our Pasco treatment center, are CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited. CARF is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services which evaluates treatment and rehabilitation centers to make sure they offer safe and high-quality care.
Operation PAR offers MAPS treatment in seven counties on the West Coast of Florida, beginning in Hernando County to the north and working south to Lee County. You can learn more about the admission process and treatment plans on our MAPS page.
Pasco Adolescent Intervention Center (PAIC)
Along with MAPS, Pasco County is home to our adolescent treatment center, PAIC, which helps teens ages 13-17 and their families who struggle with substance use issues. This is a program that the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) refers teens to who are currently using alcohol, tobacco or other drugs, or who exhibit behavioral or mental health problems.
The PAIC center uses proven methods of therapy and care to help adolescents confront their substance use and work towards a healthy, productive life. Operation PAR specialists use motivational interviewing and parent education sessions to help struggling families in our community.
